Event Information

• You will not be allowed into EPHS for any reason prior to boarding buses to leave for the graduation ceremony at 3M Arena at Mariucci.
  
  
• If desired, you should make a plan to change clothes at Mariucci.  Wear comfortable shoes and casual clothing with pockets to hold raffle tickets, your phone, etc. You must follow EPHS dress code.
  
  
• Give your cap, gown & anything else you have with you to your family after the graduation ceremony.
  
  
• NO backpacks, bags, purses, food or beverages are allowed into the party.  You don’t need to bring anything except your Student ID and Senior Party wristband! The only items allowed at the party are cell phones, cameras and car keys. If you have a medical reason to have a bag with you during the party check in with security when you arrive at the party to have it tagged as approved.
  
  
• You must ride the buses and enter EPHS at the Party entrance.
  
  
• Please go to the first available bus line – it will be the only one with its door open. As soon as the bus is full, it will leave for the party.
  
  
• Upon arrival at EPHS, busses will stop in the parking lot for anyone NOT going to the party to get off the bus. The buses will then move to the Activity Center stairs (by football field) where student will off load and go directly inside, where your wristband will be scanned and student ID checked. If you don’t check in, security will call the contact(s) listed on registration form and report you missing.  Students will NOT be allowed in the North Doors.
  
  
• Students are not permitted to leave before 4:00 am without prior notification by your parents. Your parents must fill out and return an Early Release Form by Monday, June 3rd. If a student leaves the party without permission they forfeit any prize(s) they have won in the raffle. Many students leave their car in the high school parking lot overnight, but you are not permitted to go to your car for any reason during the party.
  
  
• When you leave the party Saturday morning, please pick up your personal items and prizes from Bag Check. Your Senior Standout will also be in that area for you to take home with you.
  
  
• If during the party any discipline issues arise with a student they forfeit any prize(s) they have won in the raffle and parents will be called to come and pick them up immediately.
